Get the client appChoose an international route for everyday browsing, streaming or AI tools. Quantum encryption and unlimited devices, with monthly subscriptions and permanent data packs billed separately.
Check the destination region first, then compare route types. The routes shown below are examples from the route map, not live connection results. Check streaming availability against the client label and actual playback.
Choosing a route is about more than geographic distance. For services with regional requirements, first identify the exit region they need, then compare IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes and direct connections within that region. Loading a webpage, signing in and streaming without interruption are separate checks; one does not confirm the others.
For everyday browsing, start with a region you use often. For cross-border work, check file transfers and video calls; for streaming, play content from the target library. Keep your device and local network unchanged while testing routes one at a time, so Wi-Fi fluctuations are not mistaken for exit issues. See the server page for more routes and selection tips.
| Country / region | City | Route type | Streaming support |
|---|---|---|---|
| United States | Los Angeles | IEPL dedicated line | Check the client label |
| Singapore | Singapore | Relay | Check the client label |
| Japan | Tokyo | IEPL dedicated line | Check the client label |
| Hong Kong | Hong Kong | Direct | Check the client label |
| France | Paris | Relay | Check the client label |
| Switzerland | Zurich | Direct | Check the client label |
Use the target service's actual connection results when choosing a route. Route status displays do not replace troubleshooting your local network and do not guarantee a specific speed or playback quality.
Review the conditions separately. Checking route performance, destination region, account devices and billing protections makes it easier to decide whether a plan fits your everyday needs.
Judge peak-hour performance during the hours you actually use the service, not only when the network is quiet. VPNBen offers IEPL dedicated lines, relay routes and direct connections to compare by destination region. Video users can check for repeated buffering, while remote workers can monitor calls and file transfers for interruptions. Keep your local network, device and target service the same while switching route types. If all routes have issues at once, check your local network first. Route names describe the path and do not guarantee the same results in every environment.
View all routes →Quantum encryption is a VPNBen connection feature, but you should still check the client's actual connection status. Network acceleration and account security have separate limits: a connection route does not replace the destination website's login protections or change its data-handling policies. On public networks, get client and subscription details from the user panel, and never post subscription information publicly. No email is required to create an account; you can use a username and password. Keep your login credentials secure. For information about service data and usage, read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
View all routes →VPNBen allows unlimited simultaneous devices, so desktop and mobile devices can connect for their own tasks without repeatedly signing out of other clients when switching work devices. Device limits and plan data are separate: unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data. Plan for video, file transfers and other online activity based on the plan you choose. Selecting a suitable exit for each device can reduce interference between tasks. For shared use, read the Terms of Service, keep login credentials secure, and check subscription and data usage in the user panel rather than focusing only on the number of devices.
View all routes →A working network connection is only the first step when accessing AI tools. The service's regional rules, account eligibility and paid features must also be met. Before using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or other tools, check which regions they support, then choose an appropriate exit. After connecting, test sign-in, task submission and ongoing responses; loading the homepage alone is not enough. VPNBen provides cross-border access routes, not subscriptions to third-party tools. If the service displays a notice, check the account and regional requirements it identifies. Repeatedly switching exits can make troubleshooting harder.
View all routes →The content available on streaming services such as Netflix and HBO depends on the exit region, account conditions and platform policies. The route's country alone does not determine which library you'll see. Choose a route suited to the service in the client, open a title in the target library and start playback, then check for uninterrupted viewing and changes in picture quality. High-resolution playback also depends on your local network, device and platform membership; a network acceleration plan does not include streaming subscriptions. If the platform identifies your region differently, check the exit and client label again. Scenarios in the route assistant illustrate how to choose a route; they do not guarantee ongoing access to a particular library.
View all routes →VPNBen offers a 14-day refund policy. Before choosing a plan, compare monthly subscriptions with permanent data packs, then review the full refund terms in the Terms of Service. After getting started, test the service on your own device and local network with the services you use; this is more useful than judging by route names alone. To request a refund, use the support ticket section of the user panel and include the relevant order and request details. Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT are supported payment methods. Check order status and progress in the user panel; this page does not promise a processing time.
View all routes →Coverage tells you which regions are available; route types explain how the connection is made; billing rules show how data is allocated. Review these details together instead of choosing based on a single label. VPNBen brings client apps, subscriptions, plans and support tickets together in the user panel. Marketing pages explain the rules, while account-specific details are shown in the panel.
For people using multiple devices, unlimited devices remove the need to limit which devices can connect. For those with an irregular usage pattern, permanent data packs offer an alternative to monthly subscriptions. Neither means unlimited data. Identify your target services and usual devices first, then choose a billing option; this is usually more useful than comparing prices alone.

Get the client appSign in to the panel and check your subscription status first, then choose your platform in the downloads section. After installing the client and importing your subscription, confirm that the route list has updated and choose an exit for your use case. Once a webpage loads, test the apps you use every day too. If only one app has an issue, check whether it is using the expected connection method rather than reinstalling every client.
When switching devices, get the required information from the panel again. Do not publicly share screenshots or files containing subscription details. Follow the step-by-step instructions in the guides to check connection permissions, system settings and subscription import.
View the guides →Choose a billing option based on your usage pattern, then pick a tier based on how much data you need. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated as remaining days.
¥9.9 / month
A good fit for everyday browsing and light tasks. If you stream video often, keep an eye on your actual data use.
¥18 / month
For users planning data use across browsing, work and entertainment. Check your usage history to see whether it will be enough.
¥28 / month
For heavier expected data use across more devices and tasks. A larger plan means more data; it does not guarantee a particular streaming experience.
¥158 / 300GB · ¥358 / 1000GB · ¥658 / 3000GB
If your usage varies and you want to budget based on consumption, compare data packs. “Never expire” refers to the data pack's validity period; it does not mean unlimited data. Monthly subscription data resets on the activation date each month, which may suit regular use. Before choosing, compare price, included data and reset rules separately; don't reduce different billing options to a single monthly average.
Every plan allows unlimited simultaneous devices and supports Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT. Compare prices in light of your data needs; this page makes no additional, unlisted promises about speed or priority for different tiers. See the plans page for full details and refund terms. Orders are managed through the user panel.

Follow the setup steps in order: install the app, import your subscription, grant VPN permissions and check battery settings. Once connected, test it with your everyday apps instead of relying only on the client status.
