Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy applies to the VPNBen marketing website, user panel and subscription services. It explains which data is used for account management, billing and service maintenance, and how to submit data requests. Third-party payment pages and external apps are governed by their own privacy policies.
Account and Order Data
No email address is required; an account can be created with a username and password. The account system processes usernames, password verification data, subscription status and data usage to manage sign-ins, verify access and bill for plans. An email address is not required to create an account. If a user voluntarily provides an email address or other contact details in a support ticket, they are used only to handle that request.
Order records include the selected plan, order ID, amount, payment status and refund details. They are used to confirm entitlements, verify payments and resolve transaction disputes. Support tickets help identify issues and retain a record of how they were handled. When submitting materials, please redact passwords, login credentials, full subscription URLs and personal information unrelated to the issue.
No-Logs Policy
VPNBen does not record which websites users access through the service, retain browsing history, lists of destinations or communication content, or build profiles of account-linked browsing activity. Cumulative data usage for plan billing is billing data and does not include browsing content.
The service does not persistently store individual connection details such as source addresses, destination addresses or connection times. Essential status information is used only to maintain a session while a connection is active and is released when the session ends; it is not turned into long-term connection logs. Troubleshooting is limited to error types, client versions and diagnostic materials voluntarily provided by users. Materials that are no longer needed are deleted once troubleshooting is complete.
Website Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help us understand page usage, referral sources and loading issues. They may involve pages visited, referring pages, browser types and device categories. Marketing-page analytics are not used to record destinations accessed through network acceleration connections and should not include passwords or subscription credentials.
Cookies and local storage support features such as session identification, sign-in status and language preferences. The user panel stores login credentials locally in the browser to make authorized requests. You can remove this information by signing out, clearing site data or changing browser settings. After clearing it, you may need to sign in again, and saved preferences will be reset. Clearing browser data does not delete the server-side account.
Payments and Data Sharing
Alipay / WeChat / USDT are supported. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment service. VPNBen confirms payment using the order ID, transaction result and any necessary verification information; payment account passwords should not be submitted in support tickets.
Payment services may process transaction information under their own policies. Please review the relevant terms before paying. VPNBen does not sell account data. Relevant data is shared only as needed to complete transactions, provide necessary technical support or comply with applicable legal obligations, with its use and access restricted accordingly.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained for as long as needed to provide account services. Order and refund data is retained for as long as needed to complete transactions, handle disputes and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Analytics and support ticket materials are deleted or de-identified once they have served their purpose; this policy does not set a separate fixed retention period in days.
To access, correct or delete your data, sign in to the user panel and describe the scope of your request through the support ticket portal. Account ownership must be verified before processing. Deleting an account may affect subscription access. Records relating to unsettled transactions, disputes or legal retention requirements will be restricted in use and deleted when the basis for retention no longer applies.
Policy Updates and Contact
Policy updates will be published on this page, and the updated month at the top of the page will be changed. Material changes to processing purposes, data categories or user rights will be communicated through the website or user panel. Where separate consent is required, continued access will not be treated as consent.
Submit privacy questions and data requests through a user panel support ticket. See the Terms of Service for service use and transaction rules. This policy does not change plan entitlements or billing terms.
